In this first episode of my 4-day adventure to the incredible Picos de Europa, I take you on an epic journey through the so-called "Empty Spain" to the stunning village of Riaño, one of the gateways to this mountainous paradise in northern Spain. It was a 670km road trip, where I experienced dense fog, cold, rain, sunshine, and a marvelous blue sky – as if all the seasons had decided to keep me company that day! Lots of highway, but also many breathtaking landscapes upon arrival at the Picos. "Branquinha" (my Sym Cruisym 300) performed admirably, and so did the DJI microphone!
