Originally a boy who was not good at sports, he enrolled in the Kyokushin Kaikan Hasegawa Dojo, a place he had always admired. Influenced by his teacher, he began keeping a "karate notebook" from the time he was a white belt, recording his experiences, knowledge gained, theories he learned, and words that changed his life. In order to overcome his loathing for sports and to become stronger, he visited bookstores every day to incorporate sports theory and the physical movements of other martial arts. He read and took notes, actively incorporating them into his karate, and rapidly improved, eventually winning an All-Japan prize. After that, feeling the limits of his own training, he became an apprentice under Master Kazuyuki Hasegawa, a renowned martial artist, in 2006. Under his mentor's guidance, he worked hard to transform his physique and improve his technique, quickly rising to the top of the sport. He won the All-Japan Championship and also achieved his dream of winning the World Championship. In 2009, he met Takuya Nijusaku (known as Dr. F), representative of the Martial Arts Medical Association, and was so impressed by martial arts medicine that he joined the association. Not only is he inspired by the latest sports theory and research, but he also receives advice on overtraining and injury maintenance, allowing him to continue competing while taking care of himself. Even now in retirement, he continues to learn every day at the Martial Arts Medical Association, studying with many members, including doctors, physical therapists, lawyers, nurses, and instructors from various disciplines.
