I tried this version with potatoes - and honestly, the result was pleasantly surprised. I didn't even think that such a delicious dinner could be made from simple products. They turn out very soft, fragrant and go well with vegetables. A good version of a lean dish without meat for every day. Ingredients: potatoes - 500-600 g salt - 1 tbsp. l paprika - 0.5 tsp turmeric - a pinch nutmeg - a pinch flour - 2-3 tbsp. bay leaf - 1-2 pcs. carrot, onion, tomato, bell pepper - 1 pc. each greens – for serving It is easy to prepare, but it turns out hearty and homely. This recipe is good when you don’t know what to cook from potatoes quickly and tasty. Now I will definitely repeat this recipe! Delicious!
