My Bad Experience with The Cares Warmline | Larry Banks

I called the Cares Warmline's phone number on June 29th 2026 at 7:20 p.m. The Cares Warmline's phone number is 1-844-326-5400. I noticed a man answered the phone and the man asked me "hello this is the Cares Warmline how can I help you today?" I said "hello my name is Earl and I am 41 years old from Mississippi." The man said "hello Earl, how can I help you today?" I said "sir I am having a bad day." The man asked me "I am sorry to hear that can you tell me what happened?" I said "yes sir. I have been dealing with toxic people. I tried to call some of the people that know phone numbers and they would not answer for hours. I tried to call some of the warm line numbers and the ones that I called did not answer the phone. I noticed a woman that threatened me on the dating app chose to send me a private message on a dating app asking me if I want to meet her in a hotel to have sex with her. I tried to block her." Then the man interrupted me by saying "sir don't talk about that shit on this warmline! This is a fucking warmline, not a sex line so you need to change the fucking subject or I will hang up in your face!" That's when I chose to record the situation on my laptop computer for evidence and I asked him "ok what did you say again? The man said "I was asking for grace. Now just like I was giving you the respect and infinity and everything and I was listening to you in the situation and I understand that, and I was giving you that same respect, and you can't give me that same respect?" I said "sir I don't know what you are talking about." This man continued to over talk me and he continued to be rude to me and he treated me like trash and he never saw what did wrong to me and he continued to blame for the situation. The whole time he was saying to me "This is a warm line, this is a warm line, not a sex line you pervert!" I was shocked and it made me feel upset about what he said to me. I asked the man "sir what is your name and job title?" The man refused to give me his name and his job title. Then the man hanged up the phone in my face. I tried to call the Cares Warmline's phone number a few minutes later and the man refused to answer the phone which is unprofessional. That was wrong about what he did to me. I forgive him, I bless him, I wish him the best in his life, and I will never call the Cares Warmline anymore.
