Intermediate Picado Triplet Exercise (with free TAB) Spanish Guitar Lesson - The metronome sessions

This is my Spanish guitar lesson on an Intermediate Picado Triplet exercise. It is a part of my guitar lessons the metronome sessions. Because I use the metronome to speed up my playing with several different exercises. It is in a G major scale or B phrygian mode, which is used a lot for improvisation or solo guitar playing in Spanish/Flamenco guitar. You can even go to a higher speed if you want/can. But at the moment I can only play clean in 130, but I am sure in few months it will be even faster. This exercise greatly helped me in improvisation because this riff can be nicely used and it is practicing to play the triplets forward and backward as well, also in one string and on the scale too.
