How much does it cost to prepare a typical Cuban dish? In this video, we go out to find all the ingredients to cook congrí (rice and beans), pork, tostones (fried plantains), and salad, showing the prices and the difficulties of getting food in Cuba. After visiting several places for a few hours, we returned home to prepare this Cuban meal from scratch. We had to cook with charcoal, and the process ended up becoming a real odyssey.
