Bar OS vs Mac OS (2023)

What is your favorite between Bar OS or macOS ? Complementary notes: I didn't include the hackintoshes/h@ckgresh, for the simple reason that they aren't true official versions developed by Apple and are based solely on non-Apple hardware.
