Welcome to the Off-Season Series™. Now that the MLS, USL, NWSL and College Soccer seasons are all but done, I am teaming up with top level goalkeepers to bring you guys some quality content. My primary goal is to help them improve and stay sharp in their off-seasons, while also offering an inside look into my training and philosophies. ________________________________________________________________ In todays episode, I am working with Armando and Jake Fenlasson from Saint Louis Fc. I put together this session with quality over quantity in mind. At the beginning of the session, I put Armando and Jake through some Hand-Eye coordination activation drills. This allowed them to get familiar with close range shots. I feel that the build up with small activation drills was key to ensure that we could maximize the session to its fullest potential!
