The chair of Social Care Ireland, Leon Ledwidge, gave a keynote address to delegates around key areas of concern for the social care sector. Charlotte Burke, the CPD Coordinator gave a review of key projects that SCI is investing in, along with updates on CORU and CPD requirements. Jennifer McGarr from the education advisory group (EAG) gave an update on Curam and on submissions to various social care journals.
