Technical highlights at a glance: • The Challenge: Efficiently transporting highly sticky and high-moisture excavated material. • The Complete System: A bespoke system comprising a total of 5 continuous conveyor belts. • The Innovation: A 3.5 km long continuous tunnel conveyor combined with the innovative Marti Vertical Conveyor (MVC) featuring sandwich technology. • The Performance: Safe transport of over 1.2 million tonnes of material from a 28-metre-deep shaft with a capacity of 952 tonnes per hour. • The Engineering: Designed in Switzerland and manufactured in our own factory in Zhongshan, Guangdong (China).
