The plan was always to do a catch and cook episode, but I was lucky enough to catch a couple of Bluebone (also known as Tuskfish or Tuskies). They have a beautiful white flesh and are just beautiful. The are a colourful and attractive fish. The ones I caught while fishing in this video were the biggest bluebone I've ever caught. They do get a lot bigger. I launched the boat from Dinah Beach Boat Ramp. I like launching there because it is so close to the spots I wanted to be fishing at. This is my 3rd catch and cook fishing episode in a row now. It's something I enjoy doing, but I won't necessarily be making a catch and cook fishing episode in every video.
