A note to to you all… Thank you for joining us on our life changing journey… I wanted to share my experiences with you after feeling less alone when watching others on YouTube. I am in awe of every woman and what our bodies and minds are capable of. Remember that you truly can do and deal with anything you put your mind to. And a note to pregnant mamas out there - IT IS YOUR BODY, YOUR CHOICE AND KNOWELEGE IS POWER. So learn everything there is to know about birth and what is allowed, what you can accept and decline. Doctors are incredible as are midwives BUT sometimes we can be pushed or rushed into things unnecessarily so know your options, understand what your body can do and believe in what you want. That is the only way I stayed strong when my birth plan was turned on it’s head. That is the only way I knew I could refuse drugs and an epidural and also understand when an intervention was beneficial. Our bodies were made to do this whether it’s natural or C section all births are empowering and beautiful and WE CAN DO IT.
