Bicol LOCO Festival - Day 1 (5.3.24)

Envisioned by Congressman Co of Legazpi City - this is the first ever Bicol Loco Festival in the region. Location was chosen because of the proximity and the magnificent Mount Mayon Volcano. A skydiver carrying a Philippine flag descends after he got dropped from an airplane during the opening ceremony. This 3 days event features 17 hot air balloons, concerts featuring Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo and many others. It’s happening now in the Old Legazpi City Airport from May 3-5. Unfortunately … hot air balloons got cancelled and was determined not safe to fly due to high winds. We will see more on day 2.
