Welcome back to Wander with Yu ✨ For Part 2 of my Osaka layover series, I finally took a day trip to Kyoto, one of the places I’ve always wanted to experience slowly and quietly. From walking through the endless torii gates at Fushimi Inari Shrine to seeing the beautiful Yasaka Pagoda and wandering around the peaceful streets near Hōkan-ji, Kyoto honestly felt like stepping into a movie 🎐 After Kyoto, I went back to Osaka and stopped by Matsumoto Kiyoshi for a little shopping haul, skincare, makeup, snacks, and all the random things I suddenly convinced myself I needed 🛍️✨ To end the day, I grabbed konbini food for dinner and spent the night resting after walking around Japan the whole day 🍙 Before flying back home the next day, I did one last quick run to buy matcha powder and 551 HORAI, had lunch at Saizeriya, and got my final matcha drink before preparing myself to leave Japan 🍵🥟 This vlog is filled with the kind of travel moments I love the most — slow mornings, little food stops, spontaneous shopping, and appreciating the quiet in-between moments while traveling.
