This 40-minute Full Body Pilates Workout tones your arms, shoulders, abs, back, legs and of course the booty! It’s a more slow paced (compared to my other pilates workouts) , but still a very powerful & intermediate pilates class where we focus on deep strengthening exercises with some gentle stretches inbetween! This pilates mat class requires no equipment and we have a quick warm-up in the beginning and a cool down stretch at the end.
