Find more meat recipes here:    • Cómo Hacer Chata, Chimichurri, Puré De Nev...   CHICKEN ROLL STUFFED WITH CURIBUSINESS AND PIÑA COLADA Ingredients: 🔹2 chicken breasts 🔹Spinach 🔹2 cloves of Garlic 🔹Paprika 🔹Ham 🔹Mozzarella cheese 🔹Onion Preparation: 1. Pick and wash the spinach, finely chop the garlic and onion, and sauté everything in a pan. Set aside. 2. Separately, butterfly the chicken breasts and, on a cutting board covered with plastic wrap, pound them to increase their size. Then season with salt and pepper. 3. With the chicken breasts flattened, place the spinach, ham, and cheese on top. Roll them up, sear them in a pan, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F). FOR THE CURRY SAUCE Ingredients: 🔹Heavy cream 🔹Curry powder 🔹A little coconut milk Preparation: Mix all the ingredients in a pan over medium heat. FOR THE CREOLE POTATO MASH Ingredients: 🔹1 kg of Creole potatoes 🔹Cilantro 🔹Pepper 🔹Salt Preparation: 1. Cook the Creole potatoes for 4 or 5 minutes. Set aside. 2. Then pass them through a potato ricer and strainer to make the mash smoother. 3. Add salt, pepper, a little milk, and cilantro to taste. Piña Colada Ingredients: 🔹Diced pineapple 🔹Rum 🔹Coconut cream 🔹Ice Preparation: 1. Blend all ingredients. 2. Serve in a glass. 3.
