"Pick of the Day" - 1960 Gretsch Chet Atkins 6121 and 1962 Magnatone Custom 440
Today we've got a great 60's pairing, a 1960 Gretsch Chet Atkins 6121 and a 1962 Magnatone Custom 440 - both in fantastic condition and ready to be played! The 6121 has had a refret and new nut installed, as well as a swapped bridge which works fantastic with the original Bigsby. The Magnatone is all-original and has great features for the time such as that sweet Magnatone vibrato and reverb! Today we've got Jay here to tell you all about the pieces before handing things off to Nick Mardon for the demo. For more information on the guitar or amp, please give us a call as these are new arrivals at the shop!
