A community and public campaign group to protect Portincaple from an aggressive major development known as ‘Drovers Landing’ on the shores of Loch Long, an Area of Panoramic Quality. Set amidst ancient woodlands Portincaple is part of the Atlantic Rainforest and home to many protected or endangered species including the Scottish bluebell, otters, European long-eared bats, red squirrels, barn and tawny owls, greater crested newts, pine martens, curlews, oystercatchers, red deer - and is the only known UK location of an ancient sea squirt Styela Gelatinosa, recorded at the junction of Loch Long and Loch Goil,
