Configuring ECU on TunerStudio and Hall Sensor Jumpers Before First Start - Eclipse 2G Speeduino

Opened the ECU and removed the VR Conditioner board. Also changed the jumpers to work with Hall Sensor and jumpers on the pull-up. We also configure the basics for the injectors and the coils so they work the way we wired it.
