Lee Baca's Corruption At L.A. County Jails (HBO)

Lee Baca ran the L.A. County Sheriffs Department for 16 years, until 2014 when he stepped down amid allegations of corruption. Now he is on trial for obstruction of justice, conspiracy and lying to the FBI — and faces up to 20 years in prison. Deputy James Sexton was the whistleblower who helped bring Baca down. But during his testimony, Sexton implicated himself and was also convicted on federal charges of obstruction of justice. We spoke to James Sexton just days before he turned himself into prison in August — and he went into detail about the extent of the sheriff's department corruption.
