寶哥【咖喱牛腩】美國牛肋條秘製咖喱,香濃入味零失敗 | Hong Kong Beef Brisket Curry

Heat a little oil in a pot, sear the beef ribs, then add Shaoxing wine, ginger, scallions, bay leaves, star anise, rock sugar, salt, pepper, and light soy sauce. Pour in boiling water and cook in a pressure cooker until tender (or simmer slowly until soft). 3. Peel and cut potatoes into chunks, boil in salted water until soft, then drain. 4. In another pot, sauté minced onion and lemongrass in oil. Turn off the heat, add oil curry, peanut butter, toasted candlenuts, cumin powder, coriander powder, radish powder, paprika, and bird's eye chili. Stir-fry over low heat. 5. Add the broth from cooking the beef ribs, then add the beef ribs and potatoes. Bring to a boil, season with fish sauce, coconut milk, pineapple chunks, and bell peppers. Mix well and serve. Ingredient List: American beef ribs 1.1kg Oil curry 115g Peanut butter 37.5g Candlenuts 5-6 pieces Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Radish powder 1/2 tsp Paprika 1/2 tsp Bird's eye chili 1/2 tsp Bay leaves 5 pieces Star anise 2-3 pieces Rock sugar 20g Salt to taste Pepper to taste Light soy sauce 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine to taste Ginger and scallions to taste Onion 1 Lemongrass 2 stalks Potatoes 1 large Pineapple to taste Coconut milk 1/2 can Bell peppers to taste Fish sauce a little Three Tips: 1. Searing the beef ribs before braising renders the fat and enhances flavor. 2. Stir-fry oil curry and spices over low heat to avoid burning and bitterness. 3. Let the curry beef brisket rest overnight for deeper flavor.
