Heat oil & add in bay leaf & cinnamon stick. Add in sliced onion & sauté till lightly golden brown, add in mutton along with ginger garlic paste & sauté till mutton changes color & then add in all the spices along with chopped tomatoes. Cook till the tomatoes turn soft & mushy & then add in chana daal along with enough water for the mutton to cook. Pressure cook till mutton is fully done. Garnish with some slit green chillies, coriander leaves & sprinkle of roasted cumin seed powder
