Thetford Gravel Race Cramp Survival Mode

Dust, loose corners and a brutal cramp nearly ended my Thetford gravel race. In this video, I race Round 2 of the British Gravel Race Series at Thetford, one of the fastest but most technical gravel courses in the UK. The dry conditions created thick dust and loose surfaces, making cornering a real challenge and forcing careful line choices throughout the race. I came into this event without big expectations, but my legs felt stronger than expected early on. However, everything changed on lap 3 when the cramp sniper struck my left calf, forcing me to back off and manage the effort just to get through the race.
