NOUN's 38th Inaugural Lecture delivered by Professor Obhajajie Juliet Inegbedion.

The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) hosts its 38th Inaugural Lecture, delivered by Professor Obhajajie Juliet Inegbedion, of the Faculty of Education and the Director of NOUN Quality Management Systems, titled “Breaking Barriers: Planning and Expanding the Frontiers of the Open University,” which reflects on the evolving mandate of open and distance learning in broadening access, strengthening institutional planning, and redefining the future of higher education in Nigeria and beyond. The occasion is happened at the University Conference Centre and was chaired by the Vice-Chancellor, Uduma Oji Uduma.
