Hello everyone, this video shows how to create side sills for a step van. I bought a cheap tool for bending bonded steel plate, and it's actually quite useful. The body of the step van is quite rusty, so if I don't rust-proof it and weld it properly, it will ruin the car. I created the angles with a metal bender, then rust-proofed it with zinc coating. Then I did the semi-automatic welding.
