(They are especially famous as the seven decorations of the Sendai Tanabata Festival.) They require scissors, but are easy to make and suitable for children. The "cast net" is decorated to pray for a good catch and a good harvest, while the "wastebasket" is decorated to pray for cleanliness and thrift. This time, the cuts are spaced 5 mm apart, but it's fine to make the cuts a little wider, and it's fine to cut it properly without using a ruler. You can put something to replace trash in the wastebasket, so choose something that is light and large. (This time I put tissue paper and scraps of origami paper in it.)
