Zeehondensafari op de Oosterschelde in Zeeland

The Oosterschelde National Park is a beautiful nature reserve and is the largest national park in the Netherlands. The Eastern Scheldt is a unique area because of the tides: a dynamic world of wind, water, mud flats and salt marshes. The Eastern Scheldt has a fascinating underwater world and provides a home for many species of plants and animals. There is plenty to see for animal lovers like us. We mainly went for the seals and during our cruise we saw several seals and were able to film and photograph them. The cruise itself is also great. We sailed under the "Zeelandbrug" (Zeeland Bridge), among other things. The Zeelandbrug is a bridge over the Eastern Scheldt with a total length of 5022 meters. It is a very impressive and beautiful structure when you pass under it.
