I was recently fired from the company where I worked. I held a supervisory position, responsible for guiding teams and helping others grow. Throughout this journey I met incredible people, dedicated professionals, and friends I will cherish for life. But, as happens in many places, I also encountered hard-hearted people who believe that authority means stepping over others. Perhaps my biggest "mistake" was not knowing how to act in this way. I never had the knack for humiliating, belittling, or stepping on anyone to show power. I always believed that leadership is about serving, teaching, and setting an example. If to succeed in life I need to lose my essence, then I prefer to remain who I am. I may no longer be at that company, but I still have something that no one can take away from me: the knowledge God gave me to bake cakes, teach confectionery, and transform lives through my courses and my channel. Doors may close in some places, but God always opens bigger ones. Therefore, don't give up when someone doesn't see your worth. Keep honing your talents, keep working honestly, and keep believing in your dreams. Today I'm counting on you in this new stage of my journey.
