虎ノ門のフレンチビストロ“Le Petit Tonneau”のオーナーシェフ、 フリップ・バットンがご家庭で作れる美味しくて簡単なレシピをご紹介します！ ナイフを入れると旨味たっぷりの肉汁が溢れ出す！フランス家庭料理の定番メニュー。 ファルシーとはフランス語で「詰める」という意味で、 トマトを器に見立てた見た目も可愛メニューです。 ご家庭で作れる簡単なレシピをご紹介！ ぜひお試しください！ チャンネル登録お願いします♪ Subscribe to our channel    / @lacuisinedephilippebatton7714   【材料】（3人分） トマト・・・6個 豚肩ミンチ・・・600g スモークベーコン・・・100g 卵・・・1個 パセリ・・・1束 パン粉・・・大さじ2 玉ねぎ・・・1個 ニンニク・・・1個 オリーブオイル・・・50cc 塩、コショウ・・・適量 赤ワイン・・・50cc 【作り方】 ①トマトのヘタの部分を水平にカットし、トマトの種をスプーンでくり抜く。 ②種を取ったトマトから更に内側の果肉もくり抜き、トマトの器を作る。 ③くり抜いたトマトと種をみじん切りにする。 ④玉ねぎをみじん切りにする。 ⑤bニンニクは芽を取ってみじん切りにする。潰すだけでもOK. ⑥パセリをみじん切りにする。 ⑦スモークベーコンをさいの目切りにする。 ⑧ボウルに豚肩ミンチ、トマトのみじん切り、スモークベーコン、パセリ、パン粉を入れて混ぜる。 ⑨ボウルに卵を割り入れ、ヘラで全体的に混ぜる。 ⑩塩、コショウをする。 ⑪トマトの器に肉を詰める。 ⑫肉を詰めたトマトの上に最初にカットしておいたトマトのヘタ部分を乗せて蓋をする。 ⑬上から塩コショウ、オリーブオイルを振りかける。 ⑭180度に温めたオーブンで20分焼く。 【Ingredients】（for 3 persons） Tomatoes … 6pcs Minced pork shoulder … 600g 100g smoked bacon 1 egg Parsley … 1 bunch 2 tablespoons bread crumbs 1 onion 1 garlic clove 50cc olive oil Salt and pepper 50cc red wine 【Directions】 ①Cut the heel of the tomato horizontally and hollow out the tomato seeds with a spoon. ②Hollow out the inner flesh of the seeded tomato to make a tomato bowl. ③Finely chop the hollowed out tomatoes and seeds. ④Finely chop the onions. ⑤Finely chop the garlic, removing the buds. You can also just crush it. ⑥Finely chop the parsley. ⑦Dice the smoked bacon. ⑧In a bowl, mix together the minced pork, chopped tomatoes, smoked bacon, parsley, and breadcrumbs. ⑨Crack the eggs into the bowl and mix all together with a spatula. ⑩Season with salt and pepper. ⑪Fill the tomato bowl with the meat mixture. ⑫Place the tomatoes on top of the meat mixture and cover with the tomato heads that you cut off first. ⑬Sprinkle the top with salt and pepper and olive oil. ⑭Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
