#vlog3T.012 K1 seminar with Daniel Hansson

Presents the next episode of the vlog. This time in our club we organized a K1 seminar with a titled fighter and great coach from Sweden. Daniel Hansson from Östersunds Kampsportsförening showed us the most effective techniques used in K1, elements that he has been developing over many years of his career. The training participants were of different levels, from advanced players to novices, everyone could find a place for themselves, meet new people and learn valuable things. I invite you to watch.
