hashboard repair: 0 asic found Part 1

In this video we look into a card that is reporting 0 ASIC. This card is showing good resistance on the 1,2 and 29,30 chips. It is also showing good voltage. I did pick up a clock signal problem on chip 21. We remove the heat sinks and look for obvious things like solder balls etc. We found one solder ball on chip 21,22, however, after putting the card back together, there is still 0 ASICs found. I had replaced chip 30 early in my soldering career and it appears I need to replace it.
