Stop using markdown for specs (do this instead)

In this video, I break down how I use HTML instead of markdown for planning and specs in Claude Code, a pattern from Anthropic's own Claude Code team that most devs are still sleeping on. I cover why markdown falls apart for anything longer than a README, what HTML gives you that markdown never will (collapsible sections, inline mockups, clickable brainstorm grids), how I built a custom skill that auto-triggers the right template, a side-by-side demo using Claude Code and Codex so you can see the output difference, and the real tradeoffs: more tokens, slower generation, harder to hand-edit.
