40 Min Morning Yoga Flow | Full Body Yoga All Levels
Welcome to this 40-minute full-body flow yoga practice for all levels to help improve your strength and flexibility. This yoga class is ideal for people who want to release tension and open their bodies while developing strength and mobility. We’ll begin with a sequence to build heat in the body and stoke the internal fire to help cultivate tapas.
