A tribute to Lightnin’ Hopkins, this 34-minute solo guitar set brings together 12 performances in his style, recorded in 432Hz tuning. While Hopkins often used flexible phrasing and timing—changing chords unpredictably—I arranged these pieces to stay close to the traditional 12-bar blues form while keeping his unique character. Most tracks were recorded on a 1934 Martin 0-17, with one electric piece played on a 1951 Gibson ES-350. Tunings are mostly standard, with one in Drop D.
