Blackhawk Bridge from the Temporary Ferry on the Mississippi
In this video, Izzy and I take the temporary 'Blackhawk Ferry' over to Lansing Iowa for the first time. The ferry is on loan from Cassville Wi, about 45-miles down river from here. We have the loan until spring, at which point I have no idea what they are going to do. The new bridge will not be completed until 2027, and it was a major crossing in this area.
