How to: John Deere 318 PTO Clutch adjustment

Today I’m going to show how to adjust the PTO clutch on my John Deere 318. If the blades aren’t engaging properly, there’s a good chance it’s a clutch issue. The tools for this job include a 10 & 14mm socket, extension, ratchet, phillips screwdriver, an eighteen thousandths feeler gauge (that’s .018) and a 14mm crescent wrench, which I found I needed later, as some bolts were in a hard to reach place.
