We have a wide variety of great guns for the buying. For this tabletop, we’ll pretend a bit that .22 ammo is available (wth) and that you’re in the market for a heirloom quality .22. Some fascinating aspects come into play. Kind of like: can you even find a Marline 39A, used or new, to even buy? These 39As fly off the shelves and even used ones sell very quickly. It seems its reputation for greatness is intact. And yet it will get no pass as I stack against the Winchester 94/22 (discountinued) and even the Henry Arms and Browning competition.
