I'm launching a new series on "How to Train at Home in Boxing!" As the series title suggests, I'm going to show you exercises you can do at home without any special equipment. In this first episode, we'll look at the most important thing in boxing: footwork! In boxing in general, it's essential to understand the mechanics of your movement. I've prepared several exercises, which I've divided into two videos. In the first part, we'll focus on a simple exercise that will allow you to review the basics, gradually adding increasingly difficult steps. These exercises will make your stance more stable and facilitate your movements during sparring or sparring, allowing you to improve your feinting. You'll be able to feint forward, backward, and then to the sides.
