Traveling the Southwest Louisiana Coast on a Kawasaki KLR 650

I decided to choose a random spot on the map and head out with a friend for a motorcycle adventure and exploration. I was on the Kawasaki KLR 650 and he was on his Honda Africa Twin. We mainly stayed on backroads in Southwest Louisiana as we traveled the coast. We made several stops along the way (Cameron Prairie National Wildlife Refuge - Pintail Drive, Rutherford Beach, and The Rockefeller Wildlife Refuge). It was a beautiful day and it provided the perfect opportunity for me to scrub in a new set of tires, the Motoz Tractionator Adventure and Dual Venture. We were able to reach our destination, a dead end on some obscure backwoods road in Louisiana. Come along as we explore some 250 miles, round trip, of the beautiful sights along the coast.
