Suzuki Fronx Turbo Manufacturing Defect? Buyers Beware | Disappointing Nexa Customer Service

In this video, we document and demonstrate a serious vibration and shuddering issue reported by multiple owners of the Suzuki Fronx Turbo, specifically vehicles manufactured between June and September 2025. 🔴 What’s the issue? Owners are experiencing: Vibrations on the steering wheel, accelerator pedal, gearknob and panels below dashboard Noticeable shudder between 1,800–2,500 RPM, especially uphill or under partial throttle These issues are not isolated and have been reported across: Delta Plus Turbo MT Zeta MT & AT Alpha MT & AT Country: India and Sri Lanka Dealer & Service Experience Despite multiple visits to Nexa service centres, the issue remains unresolved. So far: Clutch plates have been replaced Front axle assemblies have been replaced Oil leaks were fixed The problem still persists As of January 17, 2025, there is no confirmed root cause. The issue is currently being addressed via trial and error, with speculation around the mild hybrid system, but no official resolution. Caution: We have also observed multiple Nexa service centers: Filling 0W-16 oil instead of the recommended 5W-30 Overfilling up to 3.7 liters instead of 2.9 liters Using outdated API SL oils in a TGDI engine This engine requires fully synthetic oil meeting API SN Plus (or higher) to prevent Low Speed Pre-Ignition (LSPI) and long-term engine damage. Shockingly, many Nexa service centers do not even stock the correct API SP 5W-30 oil. IMPORTANT ADVICE FOR BUYERS If you are considering a Fronx Turbo, check the VIN.
