First Stage of Upcycling jacket to bag

First thing to do when repurposing a leather jacket into a bag, using a seamripper start deconstructing the seams ready for pattern cutting. I remove the sleeves normally first but with a batwinged style jacket I tend to leave them joined and split the side seams to make the largest leather to use for the bag.
