What started life as a humble 60bhp 1.6 VW Bora is about to undergo its biggest transformation yet... In this video, we take on the challenge of fitting an Audi S3 1.8T BAM 225bhp engine into our VW Bora. We bought a complete donor car, stripped both vehicles down, removed the engines, and attempted what many would call an ambitious engine swap. It definitely wasn't straightforward. From unexpected problems to countless obstacles, this build tested us every step of the way. But with plenty of determination (and probably a few choice words!), we pushed on with one goal in mind...
