BMW 535i N55 Major Service! Oil Pan Gasket, Motor Mounts & Suspension Upgrade

In this episode we finally tackle the leaking oil pan gasket on my fire-damaged 2015 BMW 535i (N55), but while the subframe is out it only makes sense to replace everything that's easily accessible. During this repair we replace: ✅ Oil pan gasket ✅ Hydraulic engine mounts ✅ Powerflex thrust arm bushings ✅ Serpentine belt ✅ Belt tensioner ✅ Idler pulley ✅ Fresh Liqui Moly oil Along the way I also show several specialty tools, a few tricks that make the job easier, and why replacing worn engine mounts before they actually leak can save hundreds of dollars in future labor. We also discover BMW's less-than-stellar belt routing around the A/C lines, install Powerflex polyurethane bushings, and finish the job with fresh oil and proper engine priming before first startup.
