Bypassing the tire pressure sensor on a 2005 Toyota 4Runner

I have a blinking tire pressure indicator on my 4Runner. I believe one of the sensors was never replaced after an accident. I don't want to spend the money on a new sensor and don't need it anyway. This is an easy way to fool the computer into thinking that the sensors are present and functioning. Using this method, you can actually replace your wheels with aftermarket wheels and not have to install sensors in them. Or if your sensors are failing, you don't have to spend the money on diagnoses at a garage and have them replaced. If you disconnect the battery, the engine or transmission may need to go through a relearn process. All you'll need to do is drive it like normal. The computer will relearn how to control the transmission. This is normal for many makes of vehicles after disconnecting the battery. Also, the windows may need to go through a relearn process. Here is the process for the windows. Fully open the window and continuing pressing the button for at least two seconds after the window is fully open. Then fully close the window and hold the switch for at least two seconds once the window is closed.
