DIY Wheel Well Tool for Skateboards | Made easy

In today’s DIY project, I take inspiration from Curb Surgeon on Instagram and build my own wheel-well sanding drum for skateboards using PVC, JB Weld, and whatever random parts I could find in the garage. It didn’t go smoothly—broken glue joints, slipping bearings, grip tape experiments, and a whole lot of PVC dust—the tool that actually works for cutting clean wheel wells into a board. If you’ve ever wanted an easier way to make wheel wells without destroying your board with a Dremel, this is a fun project to try (or at least watch me struggle through).
