Três Barras da Estrada Real is a district of the Brazilian municipality of Serro, in the interior of the state of Minas Gerais. According to the 2022 demographic census, conducted by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), its population was 431 inhabitants and there were 131 occupied permanent private dwellings. It has an area of ​​46.53 km² according to the João Pinheiro Foundation (FJP). It was created by municipal law nº 68 of July 27, 2006.
