I finally fix the vibration issue on my MG ZT (Hydramount + Top Engine Mount Guide)
Changing this part solved the vibration issue and metallic knock when steering full lock on mg MG ZT! Here's a short guide on how to replace the Hydramount and top engine mount on a diesel Rover 75 or MG ZT. As always hope this helps someone out.
