The law has no exceptions. It applies equally to everyone. If you sow, you reap. Thoughts are seeds. Words are seeds. Actions are seeds. If you believe, you become righteous. This is the law. No one can change it. If you do not know, you cannot enjoy it. Even if you already have it, you cannot use it. Like someone who bought a ticket but could not eat, many Christians do not know what they have already received. God has already accomplished it. We must execute it. Proclaim the Word. Apply it to your life. Establish order. Then God's promise becomes reality.
