Squeeze Ups or I call them Ice cream Cone are really fun moves that you can use at the end of movement phrases. A phrase is like a series of moves. It helps the audience see the ball stop gracefully. You can go in between moving the ball into a Squeeze Up or keep the ball in one place and continuously doing the squeeze ups there. The dexterity exercise is really key in contact juggling.
