Date: Dec 14 2007 Pedakomerla is the name of the village near Jammalamadugu town, where Sri Veerabrahmendra Swamiji married Govidamamba In this village Swamiji gave rebirth to the dead man through his great powers. In order to teach a lesson to the crazy youth, he gave birth after giving death to a living man and again giving rebirth to him, in consideration of their humble prayers. As stated in his Kalagnana, the villagers have realized that Swamiji etched his figure in the cotton seed (Pathikayi) in the fields, they started performing puja to the cotton seed. Many people from those areas reached Pedakomerla village to see this miracle. This miracle was published in all leading daily newspapers in the country. The house in which Govindamamba lived is located here only. All the villagers have constructed a temple of Sree Veerabrahmendra Swamiji, accompanied by his consort Govindamamba.
